In its more than 100 year history, the Club has had various names and several locations.  The present building was built in the late 1940’s under the leadership of Commodore Art Engh.  Our Club has been guided by a succession of commodores, boards of directors and various committees- dedicated volunteers who have worked to improve our facilities, organize our activities and plan our direction in order to ensure that our Club remains worthy of its past, present and future members.

Over the years we have expanded our seasonal activities, serving members beyond the summer months.  We have added new programs and kept favorites to meet the needs and interests of our members.  We offer Friday night dinners, Saturday night theme parties, Sunday afternoon boat rallies and cookouts, sailing races, sailing lessons, family day and many other activities. 

Our current membership includes third-generation family members, owners of local businesses and representatives of all ages, and long-time as well as newer Paw Paw Lake area residents.  The warm friendships shared within our Club last a lifetime – and that is what makes our Club very special.
